  12. I am trying to purchase a new 28.8 or better modem with the following
  13. features:

  15. Voice Mail
  16. distinctive ring
  17. 28.8 or better
  18. Fax capabilities
  19. Caller ID
  20.  
  21. I have heard some real nightmares regarding the Sportster 28.8 Vi
  22. series but most of the complaints are due to their support and/or
  23. their voice mail problems etc. I have used a USR Sportster standard
  24. 28.8 for some time now with just a few minor problems but now I need a
  25. very good modem especially for voice mail etc. Would you suggest the
  26. Courier? Does it incorporate Voice Mail? 
  27. I have been also advised to check out the Zoom Modems as well -- Need
  28. Help with purchase any suggestions???
